The company is lead by a management team with a combined aerospace experience of over 50 years. Prior to being authorized to work on customer products, our production associates receive over 50 hours of classroom training, plus on-the-job training in materials management, EHS, quality, assembly, and layup methods.

Product and Process teams are established and empowered to produce the highest quality product on time and within cost targets. These teams utilize Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods to achieve their goals.
