Freezer
Three freezers for prepreg with a storage capacity of 3,000 sqft. (35,000 cubic ft.).

Material Cutting
Two 40ft. X 6ft. American GFM ultrasonic ply cutting systems. System capabilities include ply-shape download from CATIA/AutoCAD, multi-layer/high precision fabric and uni-directional tape cutting, automatic labeling.

Lay-up
22,000 sqft. Class 400,000 clean room fully equipped for laser assisted lay up. Includes over 30 General Scanning laser projection systems with CATIA/AutoCAD download and PC controlled ply-shape sequencing.

Autoclaves
Two TEC Autoclaves with state of the art ASC controls capable of 800ºF and 300 psi. One autoclave is 12 ft. in diameter by 30 ft. long and the other 10 ft. in diameter by 20 ft. long.

Molding Presses
Three 500-ton high precision Murdock presses with three dimensional position and force control capable of temperatures up to 550ºF.

Ovens
Three Despatch programmable ovens capable of 650ºF.

Machining Centers
Two large envelope five axis vertical gantry mills specially configured for composite cutting with speeds up to 23,000 rpm. Our Ingersoll mill has a 204 inch X 129 inch X 49 inch envelope and our Dayton Machine Tool mill a 96 inch X 150 inch X 40 inch envelope.
